Facility pilot overview

Snack, drink, and essentials station for a care community. Overview dated October 2026.

What the service is

A locally operated convenience station with snacks, drinks, and small everyday essentials, placed in an agreed spot such as a staff break room, a family lounge, or near an entrance. Staff, visitors, and residents buy what they want; we install, stock, and maintain it.

What we handle

  • The agreed installation of the station
  • Choosing and stocking products, within any limits you set
  • Restocking on an agreed schedule
  • Cleaning, maintenance, and repairs
  • Refunds and problem reports from customers
  • One contact for restocking and machine help

What your facility provides

  • An agreed location with floor space for one station
  • A standard electrical outlet nearby
  • Access for restocking and service during agreed hours
  • Any product restrictions
  • A point of contact for the pilot

What “no-cost” means

“No-cost pilot” refers to the agreed facility placement arrangement. Products are purchased separately by customers. Placement, equipment, product selection, and pilot terms are confirmed in a written pilot agreement before installation. That agreement also covers equipment ownership, removal, power and access, restrictions, any commission, duration and ending, refunds, damage, and insurance.

Proposed next step

A short call or a walk-through of the space. Together we agree on a spot, the outlet, access hours, and anything to leave off the shelves. Nothing is installed until both sides sign the pilot agreement.
