What this website collects, where it goes, and how to reach us about it. This describes how the site works today, including the parts that are not finished.

Visiting the website
The site is a set of static pages hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver and protect the pages, Cloudflare processes standard request information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. Cloudflare’s handling of that information is described in its own privacy policy.
The site itself currently sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising, or chat scripts. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party. If that changes, this page will say so before the change takes effect.
The two forms
The pilot request form asks for your name, work email, facility, location, proposed placement, and an optional note. The machine help form asks for the machine ID or location, what happened, an approximate time and amount, how you paid, your email, an optional phone number, and an optional note.
Submissions are stored by Cloudflare, which hosts this site, in a database we control. Your IP address is not stored; a one-way scrambled version of it is kept to limit abuse and is deleted once it is more than an hour old, the next time anyone uses the form. A person reads every submission, and any reply is reviewed by a person before it is sent.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, identification images, medical information, card numbers, or confidential documents through either form.
Email to Preflight Provisions is forwarded to our inbox, where messages are kept. There is no fixed retention schedule yet. To have your messages deleted, write to [email protected].
We use software, including AI-assisted tools, to sort messages and draft replies. Submissions are copied to our own computer, where software sorts them and prepares a draft reply. A person reads every draft and nothing is sent without a person approving it.
Purchases at a machine
Card and phone payments at a machine are processed by the card reader’s payment provider, not by this website. We can see transaction details such as the time, amount, and machine, which we use to handle refunds and problem reports. No machines are installed yet; the card reader’s payment provider will be named here before the first one is.
What we do not do
We do not sell the information you send us. Information sent to Preflight Provisions is used for Provisions inquiries and support, and is not added to any other business’s mailing list.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, by emailing [email protected].
Changes
This is a draft. When it takes effect, the date will appear here, and later changes will be dated.
